About the Artist

About the Artist: Enrique Del Angel
Welcome to Del Angel Garage: Metal Art, where the heavy history of machinery meets the fluid beauty of fine art.
Based out of Harlingen, Texas, I am Enrique Del Angel, a passionate Texas scrap metal artist and welder dedicated to giving discarded industrial history a second life. My workshop isn't just a studio; it is a collaborative space where raw, heavy auto parts are reimagined, reshaped, and welded into welded steel sculptures with a story.
Our Vision: Reborn Through Fire and Steel
Every piece created at Del Angel Garage tells a story of transformation. I scavenge local garages, salvage yards, and industrial sites across the Rio Grande Valley, here in South Texas, to find components that once powered movement on land. Reclaimed engine rotors, automotive timing chains, transmission gears, connecting rods, and heavy bolts are carefully cleaned, meticulously structured, and permanently fused together.
What once drove machines down a highway now suggests organic life, cosmic exploration, and structural power. As I always say: "What once powered machines, now powers your art collection."
Handcrafted Industrial Art in Harlingen, Texas
Fine art collectors and automotive enthusiasts appreciate my work because no two sculptures are ever identical. Every weld is precise, every composition is custom, and every finished piece is coated in a premium automotive clearcoat to preserve the raw, industrial texture while protecting it for luxury indoor or outdoor display.
Whether you are looking for a statement piece for a corporate office, a rustic luxury addition to a Texas ranch, or a custom commissioned metal sculpture, my goal is to deliver art that sparks conversation and commands the room.
