The Story Behind Where the Brass Falls, the Lone Star Rises
Texas has always been a rugged place.
Its history was forged through difficult land, conflict, danger, and the determination of those who crossed it, fought for it, worked it, and called it home.
Where the Brass Falls, the Lone Star Rises brings pieces of that history together.
The spent brass represents the battles through which Texas was won and retained.
At the center stands the Lone Star, representing Texas and the people who call it home.
Barbed wire surrounds it, symbolizing both the dangers that had to be crossed along the way and the ranches, cattle, cowboys, and rugged landscape that became inseparable from Texas identity.
Steel, brass, barbed wire, and natural wood come together to tell a simple story about a place that has never been particularly easy.
But that's Texas.
Where the brass fell, the Lone Star rose.
